RICS. All our measured surveys are commensurate with current RICS standards for fully connected building surveys.
Laser Scanning. We use a combination of survey grade laser scanners and total stations to provide fully verifiable and error corrected building control and scan data.
Expertise. Being experienced surveyors, we understand the limitations of relying too heavily on laser scan data. Occasionally it is not practical nor best methodology or practice to just rely on laser scan data when more fitting techniques are required.
Human. Experience has taught us that the best way to understand a building is to walk, sketch and touch rather than press a button and walk away.
